LinguaLens collects only the data necessary for the functioning of the application: images/texts translated (not stored after processing, unless explicitly saved by you), email address for user accounts, language preferences and application settings, and information about transactions and subscriptions (via Apple/Google).

Your data is used exclusively to: provide and improve translation services, manage your account and preferences, process transactions and subscriptions, contact you if necessary for support, and ensure application security.

LinguaLens uses third-party services to function: Supabase for authentication and storage, AWS for secure image processing, Apple App Store / Google Play for payments. These services only have access to the data strictly necessary for their function. No personal data is sold or shared for commercial or advertising purposes.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you can: access your personal data, correct your information, request deletion of your data, limit or object to processing, request data portability, withdraw your consent at any time.

LinguaLens implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration or destruction. We use industry-standard encryption protocols for all communications with our servers.

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Substantial changes will be notified via the application. By continuing to use LinguaLens after such changes, you accept the revised policy.
